Is AI running in my production environment?
Not in the provisioning path. SailPoint sends a SCIM call to Motif, and Motif executes a deterministic automation script. That script runs identically every time. AI agents are used during the build phase and during maintenance, where they run on a schedule and every change gets engineer review before it ships. Zero AI runs in the provisioning path. This is the architecture, not a caveat.
Can I see and modify the automation script?
Yes. Every delivery includes the automation script, test suite, and documentation. Inspect it line by line, modify it, run it without us. It's yours. The script maps your provisioning workflows as observed against your live system.
What happens when the target app changes?
Agents health-check every 2 hours. When a target system updates, they detect the drift, regenerate affected script paths, and surface them for engineer review. No new PS engagement. No new quote. Maintenance is included.
Which IGA platforms are supported?
